The carpet cleaners said they could “do the job right” Well as you can see the job was not done right! In cases like this unless you remove the contaminated urine filled carpet pad and seal the concrete floor and seam in a new piece of carpet remnant that you either have rolled up in a garage or closet, he job won’t be don right! If you don’t have either we can use the carpet from a master closet. If it’s not done this way you will still have urine issues!!!
