PCR did Scottsdale carpet flood repair. The clients water heater had broke in their home and flooded the hallway and a few rooms, since this is gray water and is not black water, you don’t have to replace the carpet. What we did was tear out the pad, replace that and stretch all the carpet back tightly. We also did a small carpet patch in an area that a pet had damaged.
