PCR was called to do a Phoenix Tack Strip replace Repair. The home owner installed a thicker wider base board. They basically installed the base board without moving the tack strip. There needs to be a space called a Gully between the tack strip and the baseboard so the carpet can be tucked into that space (Gully) We had to pull up the tack strip and re install the tack strip leaving that Gully/Space so the carpet could be stretched and Tucked properly!
