Phoenix carpet repair and cleaning was called to help a turn key company. This is a company that gets rental properties ready to be rented. They repair, clean, paint and basically make ready the property for the landlord so they can rent the property out. One of the biggest challenges that landlords face is when the property is left in bad shape they need to sink allot of money into the property due to neglect. We love saving landlords money so they don’t have to replace the carpet. As you can see here this property was severely neglected and left in bad shape. We were the last company in this property to get the carpet back in shape for rent!
