We are extremely happy to announce that we have a new business partner, Derek Bach, with Austin Carpet Repair and Cleaning! Derek comes from 18 years of management experience in the travel stop industry. He spent years being on the road managing up to ten different facilities and has now decided to bring his expertise to the flooring industry. He spent several weeks working with our owner, Robert, in the phoenix shop and going into our customer homes for hands-on training. He also spent several days sitting in our office to listen to our customer calls of how we answer questions about our services and how we book customer appointments. Derek is specializing in carpet repairs for pet damage, power stretching loose carpet and cleaning soiled carpets. His goal this year will be to bring new life back to the carpet in the homes he services through professional and cost-effective solutions. He is excited to provide a superior level of customer service to the great people of Austin and is looking forward to making customers for life. When he is not running Austin Carpet Repair & Cleaning he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. As a family they enjoy mountain biking, Can-Am off-road adventures, camping and fishing.
