Yesterday (Dec 3) we visited a home that had two bleach spots. The customers pet had an accident on the carpet, so the homeowner tried to clean it herself. As you can see, she ended up bleaching the carpet. We went out to cut out the area and replace it with extra carpet the customer had available.
