Phoenix carpet repair and cleaning did Flood damage Gilbert carpet repair. The customer had a common issue, their water heater busted open flooding the hallway and some rooms nearest to it. What we did to repair it is dry out the carpet, cut out the pad and replace it, then re stretch the carpet to be back tight again.
