PCR was called to do a carpet stretching repair Surprise Arizona today, The carpet was severely damaged and needed to be Power stretched to meet the Vinyl flooring! We needed to install a second row of tack strip to get a bite on the carpet. The Home owner was so happy. We saved her allot of money! She did not have to Replace her carpet.
