Office Manager
I have been working for Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning since 2013. I am an Arizona native and grew up in Phoenix. I became IICRC Certified in January 2014. Even though I am not a field technician, I believe having some of the same knowledge our technicians really helps me when speaking to customers over the phone. I am married with three young boys and when I am not at work, I like to do family oriented activities, crafting, cooking, gardening, camping and just being outdoors in general. I love the people I work with and I look forward to what the future will bring as the company continues to grow.
Bethany
Office Manager
Hi, I am Bethany, Office Manager for Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. Growing up in the Air Force I was fortunate to live all over the world in places such as California, Louisiana, England and Germany. After moving to Arizona I quickly realized how much I loved it. I was made to live here in the heat! I have three beautiful children who keep me busy and three cats who think they rule us, humans. I’m a huge football fan and love cheering the AZ Cardinals on with my Dad! I’m very excited to be a part of this wonderful company. Working with good people who have integrity and take pride in the work they do is a refreshing change. I enjoy interacting with our customers and giving superior customer service. I’m looking forward to expanding my skill set by continuing to learn from my co-workers and growing in this field.
Brandon

Hello, I am Brandon and I am a Carpet Repair and Cleaning Technician with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I started in this industry May 2008 and have been working for PCR&C since March 2017.
I am from Peoria, Az and I have 3 kids. My family is my life. We love camping, barbecuing, swimming, going out to dinner and finding new places to try new food. I also love watching and playing sports especially the AZ Cardinals and PHX Suns. What I enjoy most about my line of work is interacting with new people and being challenged. I have a lot of pride in my work and I am very careful in making sure our customers are satisfied!
William aka Trey

William “Trey” Taylor is a dedicated Carpet Repair & Cleaning Technician at Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. He began his career in the carpet repair and cleaning industry in 2011 and has built a reputation for his professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Originally from Shelbyville, Tennessee, Trey relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in September 2024, eager to bring his skills and experience to a new community.
Trey finds deep satisfaction in his work, especially in making his customers happy with the transformation his services provide. His long-term goal is to one day own and operate his own carpet repair and cleaning business. However, he also harbors a passion for coffee roasting.
Outside of work, Trey enjoys hiking through Arizona’s scenic landscapes, swimming, and spending quality time with his family. Known for his friendly and down-to-earth personality, Trey values both personal and professional growth, always striving to improve in all areas of his life. With a solid work ethic and a positive outlook, he continues to pursue his ambitions while helping customers restore and maintain their carpets.
Luke
Carpet Repair & Cleaning Tech
Luke is a dedicated Carpet Repair & Cleaning Technician with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning, bringing skill and precision to every job he tackles. Originally from Everett, WA, Luke made the move to Arizona in 2024, excited for new opportunities and the chance to serve homeowners in the Phoenix area.
Luke has been in the carpet repair and cleaning industry since 2023, completing his training in Atlanta, GA. He takes great pride in his work, whether it’s restoring carpets with seamless repairs or deep cleaning to bring them back to life. The most rewarding part of his job, he says, is seeing the relief and satisfaction on customers’ faces when their carpet issues are resolved.
When he’s not hard at work, Luke enjoys staying active by working out, reading, and spending time with his dog, Cooper. He believes in the motto, “Work hard, play hard,” and is committed to giving his best effort in every job he takes on.
Luke looks forward to continuing to serve the Phoenix community, helping customers extend the life of their carpets with expert repairs and professional cleaning. Whether you need a small patch fixed or a full carpet stretch, Luke is ready to provide top-quality service with a friendly attitude.
Koda
Team Mascot
Hey there! I’m Koda, the Blue Nose Pitbull and proud Mascot of Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I may not be out there fixing carpets, but I take my job of boosting team morale very seriously! Whether it’s greeting the crew, making everyone smile, or taking well-earned naps, I’m always hard at work.
My days are packed with important activities that keep the team running smoothly:
Playing with toys – Nothing beats a good game of tug-of-war or chasing after my favorite squeaky toy. Gotta stay active!
Eating plants – I know, I know… I’m not supposed to, but they’re just so tempting!
Getting lots of pets – If you have hands, I expect them to be giving me belly rubs. It’s in my contract.
Taking long naps – After all that playing and getting attention, I need my beauty rest. Supervising is hard work!
