High traffic areas in the house? We’ve seen a lot of high traffic areas and are never surprised because we have seen it all! We know these pictures look like two different carpets but only because of our responsible and thorough cleaning method.
We start off with a pre-vacuuming each area with a commercial grade vacuum. Then we pre-condition all of the heavy traffic areas and use spot treatment were ever it is needed. We use a powerful truck mounted, hot waster steam extraction cleaner with a neutral rinse to provide a zero residue finish. We also use a dry pass vacuum that will remove excess moisture to give you a faster dry time of 6-8 hours.
