We got the call from a Peoria Customer this morning and asked a few questions to get a description of the work that needed done. He explained he had 4 stairs plus a little top step that needed carpet installed. He had the carpet to use already at the home, so he just needed a professional to get it tone!
After providing an accurate quote for the customer, I let him know I have a technician with 30 years experience on standby right now and he could be at his home within 45 minutes to one hour!
The customer was literally speechless! He said “WOW! I can have this done before my wife gets home!?” And we set up the appointment! We ask every customer for an online review and he was kind enough to write it today! Thank you very much Michael!
