Why Does Carpet Start To Ripple?
We get asked this question with almost every carpet stretching call. The number one reason is from poor installation. Another reason would be from the home being left at a warm temperature for an extended period of time. Finally, if the carpet is cleaned by a personal carpet cleaning machine such as a “Rug Doctor” or by a non certified professional, it will over wet the carpet and cause the carpet to loosen up.
