Some stains cannot be removed from regular carpet cleaning. Blood, coffee or anything that contains red dye will be difficult to remove from your carpet. When a stain is not able to be removed, that area will need to be repaired. This is when we cut out the area with the stain and replace with a patch of carpet.
Our customer in Mesa had another carpet cleaning company come clean his carpet to try to remove stains. There was a couple areas where the stains were still visible. He seen some of our Before & After photos online and gave us call to come out and repair the stained area for him.
