As you know, we at RMHC work hard to provide our families a comfortable place to lay their heads at night, home-cooked meals, and rides to and from the hospital each day while they struggle to cope with some of the most difficult days of their lives.
We believe that when a child is hospitalized, the love and support of family is as powerful as the strongest medicine prescribed. We help provide families with the stability and resources they need to stay strond during these difficult times. But we can’t do it alone. In-kind donations of service and product enable us to provide a high level of service and reduce operational costs. Working with Mikey’s Fest and RMHC is a very rewarding experience in a number of ways. Witnessing firsthand how RMHC makes a difference in the lives of their community’s families is an honor. But it’s the smile from a thankful person or child that shows you’re really making a difference in someone’s life and that is an incredible feeling.
