For our carpet cleaning packages, hallways and stairs do count as one area them selves. So when booking your appointment be sure to indicate how many specific areas to insure you get an accurate estimate. We don’t like to give our customer surprises when we arrive such as counting the hall separately. We are very upfront and honest about our phone estimates based on the information given over the phone. And as long as everything talked about is exactly the job when we arrive, the phone estimate is what you can expect to pay.
