Our repeat customer in Phoenix had a water leak from outside due to the latest monsoon storm. She cleaned up as much water as possible, pulled up the carpet and removed the wet padding. Then she set up a fan right next to it to help it dry faster. Once it was completely dried she called Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning to send out one of our experienced technicians. Our tech replaced the carpet padding, stretched and re-tacked the carpet back in place and then cleaned it with an antimicrobial cleaner.
