Our customer hired us to clean his rental home today. He was in the process of trying to decide whether to clean the carpet or replace it. Well, our motto is “Don’t Replace it, Repair It!”
We used a method called Restorative Carpet Cleaning to scrub away the soil on the carpet. The tenant who was living in the rental did not get the carpet cleaned on a regular basis, and it was very noticeable. Before every job, we use a commercial grade vacuum to pick up the loose soil, then we precondition high traffic areas.
