Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning helped a client with tenant improvement up in Estrella Mountain Ranch. This carpet had been cleaned and repaired, but the urine contamination was so much so that we had to replace the carpet, seal the sub floor and kill the bacteria (which causes the odor) and we installed new padding and new carpet so this place could be rent-able again.
