Last Saturday we picked up three specialty rugs from a customer in Mesa, Az. She needed us to clean her Bokhara, Kerastan, and small synthetic rug for her. After our rug experts evaluated her rugs, some repairs were recommended which she can choose to do or not do. Our rug cleaning process alone is a 2 week long process. The time frame from pick up to delivery is 3-4 weeks.
