Kimberly is our Senior Office Manager has been with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning since 2013. She is an Arizona native and grew up in Phoenix. She became IICRC Certified in Jan 2014. Even though she is not a field technician, she believes having some of the same knowledge as our technicians helps her when speaking to customers over the phone. She is married with three young boys and when she is not at work, she likes to do family oriented activities such as, crafting, cooking, gardening, camping and just being outdoors in general. She loves the people she works with and she looks forward to what the future will bring as the company continues to grow.
Bethany is another Office Manager and has been with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning since 2016. She grew up in the Air Force and was fortunate to live all over the world in places such as, California, Louisiana, England and Germany. After moving to Arizona she quickly fell in love with desert living. She runs cold and is definitely made to live here in the heat. She has three beautiful kids who keeps her busy, is an AZ Cardinals football fan and enjoys traveling. She is happy to be a part of this wonderful company. She enjoys interacting with our customers and giving superior customer service and is always expanding her skill set by continuing to learn from her co-workers and the industry as a whole.
Brandon is our Lead Carpet Repair & Cleaning Technician and has been with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning since 2017. He started in this industry back in May of 2008. He is from Peoria, AZ and is happily married with three little girls who have him wrapped around their little fingers. He loves camping, barbecuing and finding new places to try new food. He loves playing sports and is the AZ Cardinals #1 fan! What he enjoys most about his work is interacting with new people and being challenged. He takes a lot of pride in the work he provides his customers and makes sure that they are satisfied before he leaves.
Amos is our newest Carpet Repair & Cleaning Technician and has been with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning since 2018. He started in this industry in 2014. He is originally from Columbus, OH but moved to Phoenix in 2016. He loves his family and spending time with them. During his free time he enjoys watching and playing basketball. Amos is a happy, positive person who always has a smile on his face. He loves meeting and working with new people and providing a greater level of workmanship and customer service.
