Carpet Repair for pet damage is one of our most popular calls from customers daily. We all love our pets, but they can be really hard on our carpeting and carpet is a big investment in your home. One damaged area may have you thinking that you are going to have to replace your carpet but thankfully, a carpet repair can extend the life of your carpet and keep your cost to a minimum. This client’s dog tore up their standard plush pile carpet in a bedroom doorway and understandably they were extremely upset. They called our office and asked for an estimate to have their damaged area repaired. At Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning we like to give our pricing upfront over the phone so that there are no surprises when we come onsite. Our friendly office staff will ask you a few simple questions such as, what size is the damage and where is it located, is it a standard, plush pile carpet or a premium carpet such as Berber or patterned, do you have extra carpet from the original installation or do you have extra matching carpet we can pull from the back of a closet. When our technician arrives onsite he will evaluate the damage, confirm sizing and the price and then repair the visible damage either with a carpet remnant that you provide from the original installation or a section from the back of one of your closets. If he does pull carpet from a closet we will then replace this carpet with a non-matching carpet remnant that he has on his truck. We make sure everyone understands that this is a completely non-matching carpet as carpet is made in dye lots and is impossible to match. If you are concerned with what carpet goes back into the closet then we would encourage you to go to Home Depot or Lowes and find a similar carpet in their flooring department. If you provide that remnant for our technician when he arrives onsite he will be happy to put that back in the closet for you.

If you have permanent damage to your carpet and are in need of a repair call us today! We can be reached at 602-688-4186.
