PCR was called to some carpet stretching for a client here in the valley. Often when people move in or out of houses, condo’s and apartments they want there carpet stretched. The correct term actually is carpet re-stretching. The reason is the carpet was originally stretched when it was installed and they call us at Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to re-stretch there carpet back to the specs the Mill requires which in most cases is drum tight!
