Here is a great example of sever pet urine that has damaged the pad and sub floor. We pulled back the carpet, replaced the padding in an 11’X7′ area, sealed the sub floor, cleaned the backing of the carpet and topped it off with carpet cleaning. This was on New Years Eve and the customer was so thrilled because she was having a party that evening.
