Our carpet cleaning service includes: vacuuming of all areas with a commercial grade vacuum, pre-conditioning of high traffic areas and spot treatment as needed. We use the best euipment in the industry which is a truck mounted, hot water, steam extraction cleaner with a neutral rinse to leave a zero residue finish. This means that we do not leave chemicals or product behind in the carpet fibers and that the carpet is nice and soft to the touch.
Carpet cleaning is priced at $65 per room/area with a 3 room/area minimum. Hallways are counted as an area if they are larger than 9 feet. Stairs are counted as an area up to 12 stairs and $5 per additional stair. Each room is considered a single room/area, however any room over 250 cleanable square feet is counted as a double room.
