We will cut out the damaged area and then take your spare carpet leftover from the original installation to use for the repair. If you do not have leftover remnants then we will take a section of matching carpet from the back of a closet and permanently graft it into the area making it look good as new. We will then replace the closet carpet with a non-matching beige or brown carpet as carpet is impossible to match. We can typically have a technician out to your home within 2-3 days and even sometimes have same day appointments.
