Our repeat customer in Phoenix called us out to her home for water restoration services. Her A/C overflow pan flooded causing a leak in her walk-in closet. Time is crucial in these situations as mold can develop between 24-48 hours! We use high quality water restoration equipment to extract water and dry out flooring and walls as quickly as possible. In this client’s home we pulled up the carpet and cut out the wet padding. Then we set up air movers to dry out the area and dehumidifiers to remove moisture from the air and eliminate the musty odor that our customer was complaining about. After everything is dry we will then go back to her home to replace the padding, re-stretch the carpet back into place and clean everything with a disinfectant that will kill 99.99% of germs and bacteria.
