Our customer in Phoenix had irrigation water from outside leak into their Master Bedroom and closet. They called Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning and our experienced technician was able to get out to their home that same day. Using a Hydrosensor, he was able to determine the level of moisture in the carpet and padding below. He then extracted as much water as possible, pulled back the corner of the carpet and set up an air mover to dry out the pad and carpet. After waiting at least 24 hours for the carpet to dry our technician went back out to their home. He removed the fans, re-stretched and re-tacked the carpet back down and then cleaned the carpet using Benefect Botanical Disinfectant. Benefect kills 99.99% of germs and is made from plant extracts and has pleasant aroma-therapeutic vapors.
