Today we were in a Phoenix home for carpet cleaning and area rug cleaning. We offer two levels of area rug cleaning. Onsite and offsite. For this area rug cleaning, we did an onsite cleaning using the same technique as we would for carpet cleaning. We pre-spray the rug then we use hot steam to clean and help bring life back to all those colors.
Onsite steam cleaning is not recommended for all area rugs. If you have a Hand Tufted, Persian, Navajo, Pakistani or Silk rug for example, we would always need to bring those in for a gentle wash and quick dry cleaning process.
