This is a very common complaint we get each day. Our cat has pulled the carpet from the tack strip along the tile. Not to much damage though.
This damage is repaired by stretching the carpet back up to the tile, cutting off any excess carpet and re-tacking. If you have really thick tile such as Travertine, sometimes we need to use ramps under the carpet so the transition is level.
