We have same day appointment available every day for carpet repair, carpet stretching and carpet cleaning. We can even do multiple services at the same appointment. For this customers home we used a power stretcher and we provide a 3 year warranty on the power stretching. We were able to get the ripples out and get the carpet back to drum tight which is industry standard.
