Today we visited a lovely family in Goodyear who was in need of carpet cleaning in their 3 bedrooms. Fido had marked his territory at their new home in the master bedroom. We used a black light technique to show the customer the pet urine spots and assured him the enzyme treatment is going to eat the bacteria that causes the odor.
