PCR was called to do a Mesa Carpet Stretching repair job. What makes this job a little more difficult is was the concrete was all Cracked right at the edge where the Tack strip is supposed to be nailed in at. We needed to Glue down the tack strip and then put a second row of tack strip in as well. The carpet was reseeded about 3 inches from the edge. The Power stretcher was needed. The client was very happy wit the results!
